BASIC FUNCTIONALITIES

Imprimare

– Sistem Emperon™ – controler de imprimare Konica Minolta de înaltă performanță, cu suport pentru PCL6, PCL5e/c, PS3 și XPS;
– Direct Print – imprimare directă fără driver software pentru fișiere tip PDF, XPS, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPEG, TIFF, PS si PCL;
– Carbon Copy Print – imprimarea unei singure pagini din mai multe tăvi cu personalizări diferite;
– Banner printing – imprimarea afișelor cu lungime de 1.200 mm, respectiv lățime de 320 mm;
– Imprimare Mobilă – posibilitatea de a imprima direct de la un dispozitiv mobil (telefon inteligent, tabletă, etc.;

Copiere

– Job Preview – afişează pe ecranul panoului de comandă funcțiile de copiere selectate de operator;
– Custom Function Bar – 14 funcții de copiere ce pot fi selectate şi afişate pe ecranul panoului de comandă;
– Blank Page Removal – eliminarea paginilor goale, la copierea documentelor combinate simplex și duplex;
– High-performance DSDF – alimentator de documente pentru scanare de înaltă performanță, de până la 160 imagini/minut;
– Mixed original scanning – scanează automat originale cu dimensiuni diferite.

Scanare

– Scan to Me/Home – scanare directă către adresa de e-mail proprie (me) sau către directorul SMB (acasă) pe baza informațiilor memorate în Active Directory;
– Scan Preview – previzualizare în timp real a documentelor originale scanate, pentru verificarea acestora înainte de a fi transmise;
– Scan Annotation – ștampilarea documentelor originale scanate în scopul arhivării. Ștampila poate conține: data/ora, nr. de înregistrare sau text personalizat;
– Scan Programs – presetarea fișierului original, scanarea originalului și destinația programată a documentului realizat, utile pentru Job-urile obişnuite;
– Blank Page Removal – eliminarea automată a paginilor goale de exemplu, la scanarea documentelor originale amestecate simplex și duplex;
– Addressbook – agenda pentru adrese de rețea acceptă căutarea și poate fi utilizată.

Fax (optional)

– IP Fax – transmisia mesajelor fax între MFP-uri prin intermediul unei rețelei locale sau internet (mono/color);
– PC Fax – transmisia unui mesaj fax dintr-un computer personal (PC);
– Fax Forward – transmisia documentelor recepționate prin Fax către o adresă e-mail sau către SMB, în loc de imprimare;
– Shared Address Book – agenda internă gestionată de către un MFP Konica Minolta poate fi accesată de către un client PC Fax;
– Convenient fax distribution – Destinațiile Fax pot fi prefigurate în agendă.

Unitate B0X (SSD 250GB)

– Box Function – arhivează toate documentele, inclusiv job-urile pentru imprimare, copiere, scanare și fax pentru facilitarea funcţiilor de imprimare, transmisie sau rechemare;
– Personal, Group and Public– definirea tipului de acces practicat de utilizatori, către unitătile Box alocate;
– Sharing – posibilitatea transferului necondiţionat al documentelor între mai multe unități Box;
– Online Access – accesul utilizatorilor la fișiere prin intermediul browser-ului Web sau al utilitarului Box Operator;
– Auto Deletion – ștergerea automată a dosarelor stocate de către utilizatori, după o perioadă definită de timp;

Securitate

– Authentication – accesul utilizatorului prin parola, numele de utilizator + parola, carte de identitate sau bio-scaner (venele degetului arătător);
– Access Rights Function – alocarea drepturilor de acces pentru utilizatori (până la 1000 de conturi pe MFP);
– Data Encryption – criptarea datelor stocate pe hard disc și protecția prin parolă a accesului la acestea;
– Temporary Data Deletion – ștergerea automată a datelor de identificare şi acces, propri Job-urilor de copiere, imprimare, scanare sau fax, după finalizarea transferului de fişiere;
– Network security – Suport pentru SSL/TLS, HTTPS, 802.1x și IPsec.

Mediu

– Dynamic Eco Timer – analiza automată a programului de lucru și alegerea momentului de intrare în starea sleep mode;
– ECO Scan– scanarea documentor, fără activarea secvenţei warm-up a sistemului de imprimare. Este evitat consumul suplimentar de energie datorat încălzirii cuptorului ce fixează tonerul pe hârtie;
– ECO Print – panoul de comandă nu se activează (nu luminează) pentru imprimarea din modul de lucru sleep;
– Weekly Timer – intrarea în modul de lucru sleep în urma analizei calendarului de lucru săptămânal;
– ECO Meter – contorizează elemente corelate ECO (legate de consumul de energie).
